It took over 2 months to complete the order. I had trouble receiving the package becuase it was sent via USPS.

We apologise for the delay you experienced in receiving your items. All of our parcels are sent via ParcelForce and then forwarded by USPS when they reach the USA. Delivery was attempted to your address but the parcel was not collected and was therefore sent back to us. Your items have since been shipped successfully.

I think is a great shop, and they are very friendly solving clients problems.
I waited a while for the boots but this was because they were being made up at Eskadron. Once Amira advised that they had been posted I received them at my door within 3 days. Fantastic service....
The Jacket we order has had to be returned due to sizing, another size has been re ordered, dealing with this the service we have had has been great re: sending the jacket back and re ordering...

We sincerly apologise for the delay in receiving your jacket. Unfortunately your order was placed just prior to the annual 3 week closure of the Pikeur factory. Therefore many items took longer than aniticipated to arrive with us. Our records show that you recieved the jacket on 20th September.
