Unfortunately we did not have all of the items from your order in stock at the time of ordering. Your items were immediately ordered from Pikeur, however the time of the order was just prior to the annual 3 week closure of the Pikeur factory so items took longer than normal to arrive.
We are sorry for the lack of communication that you received regarding your order and we are constantly improving on this.

They should of e-mailed me with how long the coat would take, especially in the middle of show season. Needs better communication. Otherwise the co. was good.

We apologise for the delay you experienced in receiving your dressage coat. Unfortunately this is because the long fit are not as commonly held in stock and therefore your jacket had to be manufactured for you. In future we will try to advise you of the manufacturing times.
