Upon reviewing your order details, it appears you placed your order on the night of December 2nd. As this was a Saturday night, and our estimated delivery dates operate on working days (as per our terms and conditions), we promptly dispatched your order the Monday morning on the service you selected. I can see from the order confirmation that you received after placing your order, it states that your estimated delivery date was the 5th of December, and I'm glad to see from the tracking that your parcel was delivered on time. The tracking information indicates that it was safely delivered to your designated safe space.

It was scheduled and expected on Dec 5 but was not received until Dec 6. Hence "just a little later than expected".

I can see from the Royal Mail tracking it was delivered on the 5th at 10:48am to your safe place. You can find your tracking number in your despatch email, and can track at the following link where you will see proof of this - https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item. If however, you have proof of this being delivered later than this, please send this to us at info@xmasdirect.co.uk and we will raise this with our couriers.
