Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know your thoughts. I am so sorry to hear that you did not like the thickness of the scarf. The superfine scarves are designed to be thin and light but should not be any thinner than previous ones, so we will take this up immediately with the supplier. I was sorry to hear you found the sleeves too tight. I'm afraid we do not offer size 20. I am not sure why you rated the customer service so poorly; perhaps you could let us know.

Thank you for the feedback. As a small company we have to rely on an answering service to take orders for us. This usually works well and if there are queries on products we always aim to call or email customers within a few hours - we seem to get this right most of the time.
