We are sorry that you were disappointed by some parts of your tour and you didn't enjoy it over all but we will start to improve our tours so that other customers do not experience this. However, we do have many other tours in Japan, South Korea and Taiwan so if you would ever like to visit these countries you may like to try them.

Thank you for your feedback. We are terribly sorry about your experience on your China tour. We have a range of other tours that will be much more enjoyable for you. Our main expertise are Japan so we have a Japan by Rail tour (You can ride the bullet train) around famous places in Japan. Our Japan by Rail routes will start from the north and work there way down to the very south of Japan. If you are ever interested to know about these tours do not hesitate to contact us anytime. Forgot to add: by flying JAL's premium economy class, you are entitled to enter the Sakura lounge at the Melbourne and Kansai airport. A very pleasant surprise.
