It was quick and easy to follow. Prior medical conditions were able to be covered in most cases.

No response from Tick
Emailed twice and phoned to get clarification on conflicting wording in their documents. Got zero response from Tick. Cancelled the insurance

Also requested a FULL refund prior to departure and STILL have not had any response or refund to date. Extremely disappointed!

I advise you to purchase Tick Travel Insurance.
I think this is the best yet cheapest travel insurance i have ever purchased, especially given that we are older which often means insurance is more expensive. I'm so happy i found Tick Travel...
