the plug plants were in appalling condition many severed at the stem just above the plug. They were a major disappointment and not in keeping wwith previous orders. POOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi there, sorry that your plants were damaged. We've been trialling new packaging and it's improved the arrival of the majority of our plants. Unfortunately some varieties haven't done as well. I'll pass on your comments so that we can continue to improve our packaging. I've refunded your order (card and voucher as they should have arrived in perfect condition. Hi there, sorry that you were disappointed with the despatch of your plants. There weren't any delays on your order according to the despatch dates given on receipt. I agree, though, sometimes it's frustrating when you would like to receive your plants immediately. This isn't possible as we despatch our plants at the perfect time for planting and give a "despatch by the end of" a month for all of our plants. Regards, Anne

There were nine in this collection and seven have grown on well. However, two have died back completely, which is disappointing. Both were of the variety 'Strawberry and cream'.
