I'm sorry that your plants were damaged in transit and were dead on arrival. Please accept my apologies for your disappointment. The package arrived on 1st July having been told it would be the end. On opening, many plugs were shaken out of their holders and broken: at least 30% were unusable. I have only 8 which have survived

I was seduced by an advert in a newspaper and ordered 3 penstemon plug plants which were advertised as "Incredibly hardy and will grow anywhere...". The plants delivered were weak, pathetic specimens

I'm very sorry that your Penstemon Ice Cream Collection and the replacements arrived in poor condition and have all since died. It's very disappointing to hear that they were weak and died shortly after. They should have arrived in perfect condition, healthy and a good size. With your feedback we will investigate further and try to improve the packaging and size of plants to ensure their safe arrival. Out of 12 lavender plants only 6 have survived. 4 looked almost dead on arrival and even though I potted them out and put them in the greenhouse, another 2 died almost immediately.
