We are pleased that you received your package the day this feedback was posted, on 24th April. Just to recap: the gifts were ordered on the evening of 19th April and shipped by us, via courier because of the size, on 20th April. You emailed us at 6.30am on 24th April and then posted negative feedback on Feefo a few hours later before we had opened and seen our emails and had a chance to respond. We responded to the feedback and email immediately in two separate emails and informed you that your gifts were out for delivery on 24th April. We contacted you later in the day via email and also tried to phone you, to make sure that you had received your parcel. Here at The Great Gift Company we pride ourselves on our generally very fast delivery and attentive customer service; we are so pleased that this was resolved and that the gifts were received in good time.
