Jill was extremely conscientious and went over every detail of my booking clearly and gave me opportunities to ask questions if I was unsure of something.
They were very helpful over the phone. Prices ended up being a little more than the headline "from" price quoted in the newspaper. Took a few days to receive the confirmation details. Still awaiting...
The lady who I spoke to was very nice and helpful but having booked for 6 people in 6 rooms, and agreeing prices with all 6 of our party, it was noticed that only 5 rooms had been booked which bumped...
