Please be advised the information required for your online check-in with Ryanair is printed on your documents. The documents were sent to your email address on the 5th August 2019 at 16:33.
In regards to the address details of your accommodation Passeig De Garcia is the area in which the hotel is situated and not the complete address. The complete address is printed on the accommodation voucher.
Once again we do apologise you feel unhappy and we do hope this experience will not deter you from booking with us again in the future.
