Thanks for your feedback! When using our PaybyGroup payment plan as you chose to do, we typically are not able to apply credits as this is a manual process outside of the standard payment system on Suiteness. However, I have adjusted it and applied your credits to your stay so that you can use them on this trip :)
We are actually not able to assist with airfare at this time, as our platform does not support the information and data needed. We are a growing start up, so our focus is making the best suite platform available and we hope to expand into flights in the future! I do hope this helps to clarify things and solve any issues - we appreciate your business and taking the time to voice your concerns.
