I went through suiteness for conjoining rooms and they only booked one room. I didn't pay $2500 for only one room. Beware.

Hi Nichole -
I am so sorry about any misunderstanding that might've occurred. I took a better look into our logs and it appears that although you were searching and experiencing check out issues for two bedrooms. when the successful booking did come through, it was through a check-out page for an one bedroom suite. Since the suite name would have been a part of both room options it is possible to be confused. We will definitely look for more ways that we can make the difference clear as we would not want anyone to get anything less than what they intended to reserve. We took a look into the confirmation email and page that is shown immediately after that reflected the one bedroom as well.
I will be reaching out to you to ensure that if there is any documents or pages that reflect otherwise, that is something we care about and want to make sure you were not erroneously experiencing.

The layout was simple and it eas eqsy to navigate the different sections to find the perfect suites. No help from a concierge, didnt need it.
