Amazing booking experience!
This website is really helpful and easy to maneuver. Staffs (via chat) made sure that have variety of hotels and that I am getting what I want. I would definitely recommend suiteness to my friends...

Yikes, that sounds terrifying. I'm so sorry that happened and that I wasn't notified of this sooner so we could make sure you were properly taken care of. Regardless, I'm happy to hear that the rest of the stay from the hotel to the amenities went great and that you were able to take advantage of our Suiteness credits as our way of encouraging people to take more vacations in 2019 and all the years to come!
