Hi there -
Traveling is extremely stressful and traveling for a special occasion definitely raises the stakes. I took a look into our logs and was happy to see our Concierge team was able to return all in-apps, emails, texts, and phone calls within 5 minutes however I understand 5 minutes on a special trip is time not spent enjoying it.
We're a small start-up working to provide the best 24/7 support through our Concierge team however I understand that this is an area we can definitely continue to strive to improve to bring Suiteness guests the best experiences possible and spend less time worrying about their trip and more time enjoying it.
Regardless, I'm so happy we were able to arrange and ensure all limos during your stay worked out perfectly and got you and your group to and from all the places you needed to be. I really appreciate the feedback and hopefully after our resolution, you will reconsider using us again.
