Misleading Fees
I’m always satisfied with the booking experience however upon looking at the fees post reservation I found additional fees above and beyond the resort fee that were not referenced during the booking...

Hi,
My name is Kate and I'm on the concierge team and I'm so sorry for the confusion that was caused by the fee listing. The fee you mentioned is an optional spa facility fee to use the Sauna, Spa tub, Spa. I see now that how it's listed on our site can be very confusing and I am so sorry for that error on our part. I have made my data team aware to update the language to clarify that for future bookers.
Our number one goal is guest satisfaction and we would never want a guest to feel like we had any hidden fees or misleading information. Since I am an avid traveler myself, I understand how frustrating it is to think you are budgeting for one thing and then be faced with additional fees.
