The concierge couldn't help with anything I did get to book my room but the hotel doesn't know who I am and I can't book a cabana or anyting.

We would love to help you with anything we can for your trip! I do see the hotel has you confirmed for your stay, and I sent along cabana options and pricing to you earlier today to get you started in that process :) If you need help making the reservation, I've sent you a personal email to continue with that for you. We are here to help make your vacation extraordinary! I see our concierge team has been working with you for questions and requests on your trip and we look forward to continuing that communication with you. Thank you so much for your feedback!
