Good service, would use again, actual room was not as shown in the photo
Good service, easy to use and good communication. Would likely use again. Only complaint is that the suite shown in the photo when I booked the Park Avenue suite (with a pool table and dinette area)...

Amazing Hotel
This hotel was absolutely amazing. My greeting at the door with a glass of wine and help for my daughter & I was very appreciated. The view from my room was dynamic and I'll defiantly be there again.

Hi Ryan,
I just want to let you know that I am so sorry that your rooms did not connect when you arrived at the hotel, that's the last thing you should be dealing with during your vacation! While we do everything in our power to ensure this doesn't happen, sometimes the hotel overcommits and is unable to honor the connecting room configuration. I want you to know that we are continuously working to improve this and ensure it does not happen in the future.
In the meantime we have personally reached out to you to resolve this issue and issued a refund to you for the inconvenience you experienced.
