I am so sorry to hear that your requests were not fulfilled by the hotel team. While all requests are based on availability, the hotel team does their best to accommodate however in some cases it is not possible due to hotel occupancy.
Being travelers ourselves we understand how frustrating it can be when you don't get what you expected out of a room so I'd love to offer you a 5% discount on a future Suiteness stay so we can make it up to you.
