The appliance serial number is on the rear of the radiator. So when the electrician has installed and taken all the packaging away and you decide to register the guarantee it's pretty difficult. I...

Excellent customer service from Rointe. I had a problem with a radiator. They sent me a new one within one day and arranged for the faulty one to be collected. I cannot rate them highly enough.
