We'd also like to apologise for the inconvenience caused by the faulty touch screen and the fitting templates. The larger D Series now use aluminium from a different supplier which we are in the process of swapping out stock for, hence why the template is a slightly different fit between the two.

Have you spoken to Heater Shop to detail the faults you have found with the radiator and remote control? We recommend that you talk to the wholesaler where you bought the items to discuss the issues.
