Excelente

Los radiadores son una maravila se calientan en seguida y mantiene el piso caliente todo el dia y unas horas si quieres solo. Es justo lo que buscamos muy calido. Lo recomiendo.

Likes the product brackets could be designed better as where not very wide and trouble mounting the units where a wall was a bit crumbly, they could be wider with more options to secure it. also...

It sounds like you are on an Economy 7 tariff with a cheaper off peak rate. Is this correct? If so, Rointe heaters are not meant for an Economy 7 tariff as they will use electricity throughout the day and night, whereas Economy 7 has a cheaper off peak rate which is better for storage heaters as it uses the electricity throughout the night to retain heat for the day. Rointe heaters do not work in this way. They are not storage heaters.

If you're not on Economy 7, it may also be worthwhile to compare electricity tariffs with other providers and switch to a more standard one with cheaper day rates than your current tariff. We do have a report that shows storage heaters consume 22.75% more energy than our radiators, so they are energy efficient. Perhaps your electricity tariff needs reviewing? Thank you for your comments. I fully understand the difference between your heaters and the storage heaters which I had previously and yes, I am currently on an 'Economy 7' tariff. I have visited the usual energy price comparison sites, however, and have so far been unable to find anything cheaper than the unit price that I am currently paying. The basic issue here is that previously c 80% of my units were off-peak whereas now it's more like 30%. My daytime tariff is currently 2.3 times the cost of the off-peak ... this will far outweigh the 22.75% efficiency improvement to which you refer. For the time being I have had to switch off the heaters in all but the 3 rooms which I use the most. Even with this the cost is notably higher and the house is cold. Not what I was hoping for!

Rointe Kyros are excellent radiators. They are very effective and also highly efficient. The programming interface offers plenty of adjustability and customisation options. I would recommend them...

Terrible registration process

Spent about an hour trying to register 2 products, accepted details for one but not the other but then Feefo message was blocking completion. Still not done so won't bother.

I can see you have registered one product. Can you send your product reference, serial number and invoice to support@rointe.co.uk of your second product? You need to register them in order for the guarantee to be valid. Please send an email with those details to Support and they can register them for you.
