Thanks for your feedback. Firstly we'd like to apologise for the delay in response. The customer service department has not closed down, but we have had standard issues with a member of the team. They are now no longer working for the company and we only have 1 person in the department. We are currently working through the backlog of emails as fast as we possibly can.
