I am very sorry that you were not happy with the service you received. I have reviewed your order and understand that you placed your order with us on the evening of Saturday, 1st June and the goods were dispatched by courier on Monday, 3rd June using our usual Next Day Signed For courier service. The delivery was attempted on Tuesday, 4th June, but unfortunately our couriers were unable to deliver your package as no one was available at the property to sign for the delivery. When placing your order you did not complete the 'Special Delivery Instructions' box where any delivery details can be given if you are happy for the goods to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place, etc. I understand the property is a communal building and the courier could not gain entry, so a card was put through the communal letterbox. You did not contact us to let us know you had not received your delivery and the first time we were aware that the goods had not been delivered was on the 6th June when we were notified of your negative feedback. As soon as we were aware of the problem, Tash in our office called you and she then spoke directly to our couriers and arranged for the goods to go out again the next day; the goods were delivered to you the next day, 7th June. We are very committed to providing high quality products and the very best customer service possible, with all orders being processed and delivered as quickly as possible. Again, I am very sorry for the delay you experienced and would ask that you complete the delivery instructions box for any future orders so that we can ensure the goods get to you as promptly as possible. We are very sorry that you felt the need to leave a negative rating and I hope the above helps to explain that we are committed to providing the best service possible.
