Many thanks for the review :-)

Thank you for your feedback a few days ago. Customer service is very important to us and I have looked into your order and how it was processed. The standard carriage charge on our website for most mainland UK deliveries is £7.50 regardless of order size or value. Once complete, all orders are dispatched using a next day courier service. We work closely with our courier company and monitor all deliveries to ensure a quick and secure delivery service. We are always available to help with any questions regarding deliveries and are happy to re-arrange missed deliveries on behalf of our customers. VAT is calculated for each item as it is added to the shopping cart, with the carriage charge and the final VAT amount being calculated when checking out. There is an option in the shopping cart to estimate the cost of shipping and tax, you can then update the shopping cart to include these. Once you have completed your order an auto-generated order confirmation email is sent to the email address supplied and when your order is shipped another auto-generated shipping email is sent to the same email address. You then receive a further email from a member of our staff enclosing your VAT invoice. I have checked and all of these emails where sent to the email address provided. It may be worth checking your Junk/Spam folder for these. If you would like copies of the emails, just let us know. Regarding the name on the address label, this was auto-populated with the details you entered into the Company Name field when completing your contact details (you entered some initials into this field). I am very sorry you were not entirely happy with your purchasing experience via our website. I hope the explanations above have resolved some of your issues and if we can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us, kind regards Linda
