Hi Hayley, Thank you for taking time to provide us with a review. Following our call yesterday I hope you have managed to get in touch with CIM and that they have assisted you with your issues accessing their website and the resources available through your MyCIM pages. As explained we are running the course, but CIM are assessing and issuing the certificate at the end of completion. That is why you have two different organisations and two different websites to login to. Hopefully things will be easier once your MyCIM resources can be accessed without any problems. KR Kamilla
