Very happy
The website did not state the fabric was out of stock and therefore there was a delay in our order. I contacted customer services who were very helpful and escalated our order.

New cover and awning
Service was good. The website was easy enough to follow and select and order what I needed. Package arrived in good time. Website had some instructions on how to fit. Everything was done on line.

My second Primrose awning in 20 years, very satisfid
Service was very good as far as ordering but as I could not fit myself I had to find someone more local but was quite expensive.
