Not ideal service so far
So far, poor service. Put an offer of a £30 welcome voucher to intise customers but voucher doesn’t work. And then told to wait nearly two weeks because their office printer isn’t working for them...

Brilliant company, makes you feel safe with your animals health.
Used pet plan many years ago so decided to use again for my new puppy. Pleased with how easy and clear my choices were and how easy it was to get Tulla's insurance up and running.
