Good afternoon, Thank you for your review and I am sorry there is an issue with your TCL TV. As the item is over 30 days old, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the item would need to have 1 repair prior to replacement of the item, and you have been advised of this fact by a member of our management team. Good Morning, Thank you for your review and I am sorry your item became faulty and you are unhappy with the reduction on your credit which does fall in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For an item over 6 months old, the retailer has the right to make a reduction to any credit or refund in line with the "Fair Use" section of the act, and the act does state the below for any item between 6 months and 6 years old: "Six months or longer: You must give the retailer one opportunity to repair or replace it before you can claim a partial refund, and the burden of proof is on you to prove the product is faulty." The uplift number provided only has a limited time with which to return the item to us, once this has expired we will be unable to accept a return on the item. Zero care or effort.
Stoves oven arrived damaged, Still having to constantly chase marks electrical for updates. Dpd and repair parts very poor so now on fourth repair visit... Mark's electrical still haven't reached...
