Sorry to hear about your tooth troubles – while Stevia is typically innocent in the staining department, that sneaky chocolate might be the culprit. And as a coffee lover, I can tell you, too much coffee might also leave its mark (I've learned that the hard way!). But give up coffee? Never! Instead, I've turned to sipping my brew through a non-plastic straw - it might sound odd, but it really does help keep my pearly whites, well, white! Or, I'll chase my coffee with a sip of water to fend off any staining attempts. Here's hoping these tricks let you indulge in all your favourite treats without ruining your smile 😊☕ - John
