I have a loan with you and got approved for 15 000$ and only took 3000$ of it. During that process my agent was not very professional nor knowledgeable to what I wanted. For example I would explain what length of the loan I wanted and how much I was willing to pay every week and they would come back with nothing close what I told them. Then once we finally got done what I wanted and money was in my account things were good. Then after that was done I recieved emails for 2 or 3 weeks offering me more money out of the 15000$ that I was approved for. I didn't answer them didn't need it at that time, so after 3 weeks gone by I recieved a call saying I was pre approved for 11000$ and ask do I want it, so I answered no I don't need that much can I get just 1000 or 2000$? He responded no either take the 11000$ or nothing so I was confused but said no I don't want that much. I didn't understand how I can be approved for 11000$ but not 1000$ so I mentioned that and he said take it or leave it so I didn't argue and said leave it. My credit number is 710 so not sure why I wasn't approved for another 1000$. So know I just want to pay my loan off and probably never get another loan from easy financial again. I'll just go to bank next time.

They got InTouch with me and my problems were solved. I have to give them points for calling me to hear what my issues were and asked what they can do to solve them issues. Which I did and they did resolve them so thanks.
