We apologise that you were left with the feeling of sub standard service from us and can with confidence say that all our consultants receive full training on each Supplier and the vehicles we offer.
We can see from the correspondence that you were also enquiring on a product the Supplier was offering directly and may have been where the problem came in as their packages are not the same as ours.
We trust this clears up any concerns and are delighted to hear that you had a good trip.

The daily rate of the car rental Suppliers are based on a 24 hour period. Your requested return time was later than the collection time and an additional day was therefore added to the booking.
We can confirm that the Consultant advised of this additional charge when the updated payment link was provided.
We trust this clears up any confusion and thank you for booking with us.
