Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the tour a good one, and that the package was delivered as advertised. We note your comment that similar Optional Excursions may be available elsewhere at a lower price, and we appreciate your candour regarding the standard you felt was in keeping with the cost of the tour. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that the pricing of optional excursions can be reviewed. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the trip excellent and had no complaints overall, and that the hotel in Vienna made such a favourable impression, with both its food and accommodation standing out. We are sorry to learn that the food at the hotel in Frankfurt was dreadful and that the rooms in Hungary were extremely small. We also note your comment that, while most of the hotels were adequate, two or three required improvement. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that the properties concerned can be reviewed. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the tour a good all-round experience, and that your Travel Director, Coach Driver and fellow travellers made such a positive contribution. It is also encouraging to know that you saw so much, enjoyed the additional excursions you chose, and considered the tour good value for the price. We note your comment that the hotels were not especially remarkable and that few meals were included, and we appreciate your candour on these points. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that the accommodation and meal arrangements can be reviewed. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the itinerary enjoyable, with so many beautiful places to visit, and that your Coach Driver and Travel Director made such a positive impression. It is also encouraging to know that most of the hotels were great, and that you valued the opportunity to travel with such pleasant people from across the country and the world. We are sorry to learn that Foxridge Resort felt antiquated and did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate your observation that there are other good hotels in the area that might have been a better choice. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that the property can be reviewed. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the tour very well organised and easy to follow, and that your Travel Director and Coach Driver were so amazing. It is especially encouraging to know that you felt entirely confident in your Coach Driver's ability to get the group safely to each destination, and that your Travel Director was always friendly and willing to answer questions. We note your suggestion that a free day, with no coach and no organised activities, be built into one or two of the two-night stays, and we recognise that this would ease the busy pace of the itinerary. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that the balance of the programme can be reviewed. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the tour close to its description on our website, and that your Travel Director, Coach Driver and coach were all excellent. We note your comments that the itinerary felt a little rushed at times, and that some of the hotels, which you felt were around three-star standard, were rather far from the main areas of activity. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that the pacing of the itinerary and the location of the accommodation can be reviewed. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the tour great, that the itinerary suited you perfectly, and that the choice between Optional Excursions and free time was so well balanced. It is also encouraging to know that the coach was comfortable, and that your Travel Director's professionalism, warmth and clear explanations made such a lasting impression, particularly in the way she managed the difficulty over rooms on your final night in Rome. We are sorry that the hotel in Rome did not have enough rooms for the whole group after a long and tiring day. We also note your comments that the hotels were three-star properties outside the city centre, and that you regard this as a reflection of the tour's price. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that the room arrangements and the location of the accommodation can be reviewed. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the itinerary excellent, that the weather and autumn colours were so beautiful, and that your Travel Director and Coach Driver made such a positive impression. It is also encouraging to know that the single/share option worked well for you, that you made a new friend, and that you would recommend the trip. We are sorry to learn of your experience at the beach hotel, where the rooms were dirty and had bugs, the office was closed on arrival, your keys did not work, and the remote location left you with limited options for dining. We also recognise that the tight schedule left no time to enjoy the beach, and that the salt ponds stop felt like a poor use of time. Your comments regarding the varying standard and convenience of the accommodation are likewise noted. Your feedback will be shared with our Operations Department so that the hotel and the itinerary can be reviewed. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We note your comment that the accommodation towards the end of the tour was clean but dated, and we appreciate your candour on this point. We recognise that a hotel which feels several decades old can detract from an otherwise enjoyable stay. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that the standard of the rooms at the property concerned can be reviewed. Thank you once again for your comments.
