Just a little disappointed

Received 3/4 emails saying how sorry Blacks are for the delay of my order although I ordered 4 items at 2 separate times on the same day. I have received 1 order but awaiting the other.Just 1 email...

Thank you for your swift response, I received another email yesterday stating the purchase I order that was in stock on the day and time of purchase is no longer in stock and therefore unable to complete my order.... So I’ll stick with my original response as a little disappointed... Thank you

I have emailed the customer care team but am still to hear from them. I need to send the item back ASAP and I have the return note but don’t have the box. I have asked how I can return them but not received any email from them. Disappointing
