Order stuck in the system

The product still hasn’t arrived over a week after Blacks said it had been dispatched. I emailed the customer service department on Sunday (now Tuesday) and I still haven’t heard anything

Thank you. It transpired that the courier had lost the order after Blacks had dispatched it but before they (the courier) had put it on the tracking system. Blacks resolved this efficiently, although this was understandably slower due to the COVID situation. Thank you for your help and assistance.
