Rooms were immaculate, meals and drinks were excellent, public areas, swimming pools and beach were spotless.

Didn’t feel like 5* resort. Room issues (not as booked) and 3 days / 4 requests to get minor issue sorted in room was frustrating. Constantly having wrong drink or food order served.
