90% of the women staff are incredibly rude & have no interest in your guests! The kids club staff do not interactive with the kids, if a child is upset they show no sign of care!!

The beach partyis rubbish and matresses do not fit king beds.
Ditch the beach party. This is our second visit when we could not be seated to have dinner and noone was prepared to help other than suggesting we ate elsewhere. When we did get back.for the entertain...

Did not meet my expectation especially with the amount spent to stay there
Did Well:
- Very dedicated staff and steward service.
- Good food

Could Do Better:
Would not recommend to friends as a wedding venue.
Really disappointed that guest who did not reside in Beaches or ...

Almost perfect!
Excellent resort with great facilities and restaurants. The kids camp is super, with really friendly staff. This was our third visit and we will return in 2020!
