Don’t book until restaurants confirm they are open
After paying I attempted to book our evening meal and no restaurants are taking bookings for the time we are there?? How am I meant to feed my family?

Found it hard to figure out how to book meals- links given in emails and confirmation didn't work and ended up going through some help section. Would like more details about the package booked.

Handy booking process
Alton Towers have been very helpful with myself having to cancel and book again. It was a very esy possess to receive voucher and then use it again
