Clearly laidout website and easy to understand. Booking system allows user to navigate to the right area and ensure you get exactly what you want.

Hotel booking is easy, the restaurants not so much
Hotel/ticket booking was easy. However, it is apparently not possible to make the mandatory restaurant bookings for the dates I'm going at this time.

I enjoyed the stay and I felt that they had obviously worked on getting the right people in the right roles and customer service. Only one person disappointed but I suspect it wasn't intentional.

This was bought for my daughter’s Christmas gift. An email confirmation( in my name) was all I received as no card / voucher was available to be sent out. All seems only to be looked at...
