My issue with the order was that when placing my order before issuing payment I was not advised that 2 of my orders were not in stock. I would have liked to have been informed that prior to paying that a notification would have been provided. As I placed my order on the 22/6 then advised my order is not in stock and will then be dispatched on the 4/8 Thank you, Tamara

Hi there, and thank you for taking the time to complete our survey. I can confirm on 15.06.20 we received an online order for The Official Hogwarts Commemorative at 99p. We then received a further online order on 16.06.20 for The Official Harry Potter Medals, at 8.99 plus p&p. I can confirm it is the latter delivery for 8.99 that we have not yet received successful payment for. As you have stated you have not ordered or received any further deliveries apart from the 99p medal I have ensured this has been credited from your account and your balance is now zero. I would recommend reviewing your order confirmation emails for 16.06.20 as this would have been confirmed to you via these means.
