Hi there, and thank you for taking the time to complete our survey and making me aware of your experience. Firstly. please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in supplying your orders, we want to avoid using COVID19 as an excuse, but in these unusual times our suppliers (early on in the pandemic) were unexpectedly required to close all production for a number of weeks, and this has obviously caused many delays with supplying orders and receiving new stock in. I understand that this must be extremely frustrating but can assure you that your feedback does certainly not fall on deaf ears, we hear what our customers are saying but sometimes these things are totally out of our control. We have been working extremely closely with our suppliers to try and reduce these delays, but understandably the minting of coins takes time and a 3/4 week backlog was created. We have and are starting to see delivery of our stock and we are shipping orders as quickly as we can. I am sorry to hear your recent delivery of Peter Pan coins arrived and were damaged, but please return them back as discussed with one of my agents and we will of course get replacements issued as a priority.
