Kuka voi jättää Feefo-arvostelun?

Vain asiakkaat, joilla on tosite ostoksesta, voivat jättää Feefo-arvostelun. Varmistamme tämän ottamalla yhteyttä ostajiin heti kaupanteon jälkeen.

Miten tarkastamme arvostelut?

Service at most hotels was poor. They appear to be 3/4 star in appearance but food in the restaurants was often cool or cold, it was hard work to attract a waiter to get a drink, staff on check out...

We were surprised that (presumably for reasons of cost) the tour guides did NOT stay…

We were surprised that (presumably for reasons of cost) the tour guides did NOT stay in same hotel as guests. This was said to be a FULLY ESCOIRTED holiday?
