Good afternoon, Thank you for your feedback. I'm very sorry to hear that your order was lost in transit. We are working closely with our couriers to improve the service and appreciate all feedback to help us to look into this further. This will be passed to them to investigate. Our records show a customer service adviser has issued a refund, unfortunately due to the warehouse relocating we were unable to resend. As a Company we take customer service and feedback very seriously and our aim is to continually improve the overall customer service and experience we provide. Your feedback will be extremely helpful in this respect. Kind regards, The Works.
