Awful return and refund experience, not to mention unpleasant perfume.

I returned some of my order as the Synergy scent is horrible. It smelled quite unpleasant. It took nearly 6 weeks and 11 emails to get a refund. Never again!

My review is what it is. I see no reason to change or amend it.

Service excellent but it is too greasy for me I prefer a handcream which settles into my skin without leaving a residue.
