Hi there and thanks for taking the time to contact us about your order - I'm so sorry it didn't run as seamlessly as we would have like it to. We certainly do send out confirmation emails, so it is strange you didn't receive one. Sometimes we find that peoples computers internet services stop them and they can end up in your spam folder, so for next time I would try and check that.
