Very good service courteous staff

Ferry crossing both ways efficient as usual. Probably outside of Red Funnels control but the entrance to and from the dock congested and tight.

Refuse to use Wightlink even when travelling to Portsmouth - its much better to drive from Southampton and have the better service from Red Funnel

Fantastic services both ways and as we were travelling with our young daughters found the priority loading really worthwhile.

Would suggest a quiet area where phone use and children are discouraged? or alternatively encourage/ create separate: 1) closed off family/ child area 2) and a phone booth section?

Very pleased with the 20% discount we get with our travel card. There seems to be a major problem with passenger accommodation when the ferry is busy. It appears they added a new car deck without...

really think for the early bookings the ship should be a bit warmer it was freezing cold

We find that using Red Funnel to travel to the Isle of Wight, which we do, several times each year, easy and very efficient. Don't change it.
