Overcrowded boat with insufficient (inefficient layout) seating.

Hi we missed our 16-30 ferry then had to wait till 6pm for the next one couldn't there be a 5pm instead of the 16-30 or a 5-30 a hour and a half wait in a freezing cold waiting room or sit in the car...
