We agree, the food from some of Thailand's street stalls can be rather good but we have plans a foot to completely revamp our food & beverage offer with more locally sourced ingredients, a new galley and a revised servery layout. We do sincerely apologise for this, unfortunately regulations prohibit the sale of Food & Beverage items if toilets are unavailable. This has been unprecedented problem which normally would have resulted in withdrawing the ship for repairs. However, with Red Osprey in refit we were unable to do this without cancelling sailings which would have caused huge delays. We will be contacting all affected customers separately by email over the next 7 days with an offer of compensation.
