I think the petplan service is good but I'm very aggrieved I have to pay my vet to fill out the claim form!!

Friendly helpful staff. Have used petplan for animal insurance for many years now, Claims have always been dealt with promptly.

I was a little disappointed when I was told that, owing to my young pup having had treatment for vomiting after eating, I think, a daffodil bulb, that Petplan would not cover him for anything stomach...

I found taking out a new poilcy very easy to do over the phone.
