Hello, thank you for your feedback below and your recent order. Oil NRG would like to reassure our customers that we are operating business as usual, we are just putting steps into place to manage our order levels, so deliveries may take a little longer than usual. At the moment, we have switched off the 3, 7 & 10 days options so that we do not compromise our high levels of service, the longer delivery windows gives us that extra flexibility within the routing in case we need it. The longer delivery window is a worst case delivery end date and we endeavour to deliver our customers heating oil as soon as we are in the delivery area. I am very pleased to hear that our delivery driver arrived four days later. Regarding the prices, unfortunately with an increase in demand the market tends to be quite volatile.
